We were two first time buyers who knew absolutely nothing and Dean was brilliant for us! He had a lengthy first call with us and talked us through the entire procedure answering all of our questions. Throughout the rest of our mortgage journey he got everything sorted for us and advised us of anything we needed to know. Dean was a joy to get all the mortgage documents sorted out with. When everything in the house buying process takes weeks and months, Dean was able to have two meetings within the same week - one to get the agreement in principle and the other to select the final mortgage offer.

Also very down to earth and doesn't complicate the process. If you need him to stop and explain, he will explain in basic terms so even thick-o's like me can understand!

Dean is both friendly and professional which made the whole process a breath of fresh air.
We had been in contact with a mortgage broker before who stated we would require a 15% deposit and no other option was available. After speaking with Dean we applied for a 10% deposit mortgage and had an offer in less than a week - totally over the moon.
The full process was easy and well managed. Dean was always available to answer any questions I had - from someone who worries a fair bit. Even responding to emails whilst he was out of the country, you will fail to find another broker who truly cares for his clients the way in which Dean does. He settled my nerves and got us a fantastic deal, I am so glad we came across him.
I have already recommended him to a load of friends/family and will most certainly use him in the future. Thanks again Dean.
