Dean is both friendly and professional which made the whole process a breath of fresh air.
We had been in contact with a mortgage broker before who stated we would require a 15% deposit and no other option was available. After speaking with Dean we applied for a 10% deposit mortgage and had an offer in less than a week - totally over the moon.
The full process was easy and well managed. Dean was always available to answer any questions I had - from someone who worries a fair bit. Even responding to emails whilst he was out of the country, you will fail to find another broker who truly cares for his clients the way in which Dean does.
